We are supplying to our clients, end of line packaging machine which are ideally used for various industries. These end of line packaging machine are designed so that all the phases of the work cycle can be fully automated; pallet infeed, empty pallet outfeed and layer pad removal. Automatic sweep-off depalletiser for complete layers of product, composed of product support walls, double mechanical system for vertical movement of the pallet and the motorized layer transfer table. The salient features are as follows:

Automatic pallet in feed

We can supply these end of line packaging machine with an automatic pallet infeed system, composed of a chain belt where it is possible to load up to three full pallets so that the entire work cycle can be automated. The machine is supplemented by platforms for film removing operations before the depalletising cycle.

New system for layerpad blocking

An automatic retractable blocking system holds the layer pad during the sweeping off operation. Compared to the gripping pincer device, this system does not require any adjustment.

Adjustable discharge height

The machine can depalletise at every height ranging between the minimum and maximum pallet loading level which allows it to easily fit to different production lines as it is no more necessary for the discharging table to be at the same level as the lines themselves.

Automatic layerpad removal unit

Automatic layer pad removal unit completes automatic work cycle of the depalletiser. It can be positioned both on the left and on the right side and, in certain cases, also in front of the machine, assuring in this way a high level of flexibility.

Very quick product change

The product change operation is very quick and easy. It is sufficient to select the height of the new product to be depalletised in the control board without having to stop the machine.

The basic machine has been specifically designed in this way making it easier to infeed full pallets with a fork lift.
